Little bit about Paula A. Bell

Paula Bell has over 15 years of working with ​organizations and with individuals in the Diversity, ​Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) space. She has helped ​individuals with embracing, appreciating, and ​engaging with others who do not look like, sound like, ​or act like them. She has helped organizations create ​strategies and blueprints to reach their DEI goals. ​Paula is a certified DEI Manager Coach and an IDI® ​Qualified Administrator where she helps individuals ​and organizations understand their Intercultural ​Competence. We’ll learn more about her when we ​meet her in person for ABW Day!
